Mr. Kyser oversees the sourcing, underwriting, and evaluation of prospective multifamily investments, delivering in-depth analysis for the Civitas Investment Committee.

In his seven years at Civitas, Mr. Kyser has sourced and closed approximately $700MM in multifamily development and acquisition opportunities across the Sun Belt. He also led the conversion of Civitas’ conventional multifamily portfolio to an affordable housing strategy in partnership with local and state municipalities, leveraging public-private partnerships and government incentives to expand access to affordable housing.

Prior to joining Civitas, Mr. Kyser was an Acquisition Associate at Trimont Real Estate Advisors, an Asset Manager overseeing an AUM of $700B.
