Typically, no. You have to put the money first then your money put to work to generate the jobs is what you can claim to get your green card. If the moneys put into the project initially are earmarked to be replaced, basically they are kind of a bridge, a loan placed in to be replaced by your money and we put that specifically in the business plan and we put that on the documentation, all of the jobs created in the project from the beginning by use of the bridge funding, can be counted towards the EB-5 program.
