So there are some risks that have to be considered. For instance, you should first locate professionals who are experienced and have a good track record. So you’re an investor first. So you want to look at the project as an investment. Look for experienced people who have done this before. It’s a tricky area of law. Immigration is a very vast area. EB-5 is a specialty, so look for people who have done this before with different types of projects that have been successful. You’re looking for a green card benefit, so sometimes the returns are not that high but you’re getting a big benefit out of it in terms of a green card and citizenship.
